This is difficult to answer as it really depends. You could potentially walk right in, or be in line for over an hour. Saturdays are always 3 times busier than Fridays. The later you wait in the evening to come out, the longer the lines will be. As we get closer to Halloween the lines get longer earlier.
See ticket pricing info on our Tickets page.

We offer two types of tickets, General Admission and Fast Pass. With two ticket types we also have two different lines. One for each type. Due to the increased cost fewer people buy the Fast Pass ticket and that means fewer people in the Fast Pass line. We also limit the number of tickets sold to ensure the Fast Pass line doesn't get out of hand and defeat the purpose of the Fast Pass.
Like most live events we do not extend refunds.

The average time for a group of 6 is about 15 mins, but it really depends. Some groups move through quickly (note: running is not allowed), but others move at a much slower pace. It really depends on how you handle your fears. This is self-paced show, so please keep moving forward to keep the distance between your group and the group behind you.
The maximum group size is 6. If you have a party larger than 6 then you will have to divide up into groups of 6 or less. This is a safety issue, and there are no exceptions. You can split your group into smaller groups if you choose.
Stay calm and let the nearest actor know you are done and want out. They will safely escort you to the nearest chicken door or emergency exit.
No. Much like most live events we do not extend refunds.

No. As much as we all love our four legged friends, a haunted house is not an enjoyable environment for them. Even professionaly trained support animals are not properly prepared for interactions within a haunted house. For the animal and everyone's safety we don't allow them into The Asylum. Sorry for any inconvenience.
